TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. First come, first serve!

  2. All prices are in USD.

  3. I accept payments through PayPal (International), Ko-Fi (For Gacha Sketch - optional), and GCash (Philippines only).

  4. Pay half of the amount (50%) after I show you the initial sketch/sketches. The final payment will be made when I show you the finished product. Take note the fees will also be shouldered by you.
    NOTE: If you prefer FULL payment, please do mention it! No Refunds.

  5. If I accept your commission, I'll be sending you the initial sketch within 48-72 hours at most then we can proceed with the payment (50%).

  6. If you have references/images, please send them! You can also provide necessary description (e.g. poses, colors, scene, etc.)

  7. I have the right to decline the commission if I find it complex to do and/or uncomfortable.

  8. I will be sending the progress to you after the initial payment. Other than that, no more major revisions will be made unless stated otherwise.
    NOTE: Revisions for SKETCH PHASE (5), LINEART PHASE (5), FLAT COLOR PHASE (3), RENDERING PHASE (3)

  9. Only the client can use their commissioned works. You are not allowed to resell the commission piece in any shape or form.
    NOTE: This rule will be exempted if you choose a non-commercial or commercial option.

  10. NO feeding my artworks to AI Generators and/or use them as NFTs. Anything that will be deemed such will have the request automatically denied.

  11. The commission pieces will be posted/included in my social media (and possibly my portfolio). If you're uncomfortable with me sharing it, please do say so!

  12. You are allowed to post the commissioned piece in your social media as long you have my permission!

  13. Deadline: 3 days (min) to 4 weeks (max)

  2. Detailed Gore / Horror Imagery

  3. Hateful Imagery/Speech

  4. Problematic Ships

  5. Very Detailed Backgrounds/Crowds/Cities

The maximum order will be five (5) characters.When I'm done with your commissions, you'll receive: ONE (1) White Background and (1) .PNG format version of your Smolframe! If you ordered more than one (1) character, they will be compiled into a zip file containing .png and white background versions! I'll also add the version of them being in a row!INSTRUCTIONS: Please send me your references/screenshots! Front and quarter profiles will do. Please also provide me with your color palettes, including the cosmetics' colors if possible!NOTE: Vanilla Warframes, Prime Warframes, Warframe:1999 and Enemies/NPCs will be posted in my weekly doodles!
